Third Eye Inc. markets and sells portable surveillance systems to companies concerned with the safety and security of their employees. Founded in 2005, our mission is to promote products which uses non-invasive monitoring of employees to alert security staff thereby alerting security staff to situations which endanger employee safety and/or breach company security. To develop these products, Third Eye, Inc. enters into strategic partnerships with innovative companies, invests in research and development, and modifies or extends their proprietary technology to meet the needs of our target markets. Our first product, the Security Alert Tracking System (SATS), monitors heart-rate fluctuations non-invasively through a wrist-mounted device which sends information wirelessly to the employer’s central monitoring system enabling surveillance staff to immediately focus on the employee and determine the source of the stress. We developed it by partnering with SPO Medical (SPOM.PK), a leading developer of biosensor and microprocessor technologies for use in portable monitoring devices to capture life-saving and life-enhancing information. David Sims Jr. is the CEO and President. For the past 30 years, he has been an instrument technology specialist at Bayer Company in Elkhart, IN.
